Arri X Ceramic 250
White Light Without the White Heat
Arri Lighting’s new high-efficiency Arri X Ceramic 250 is said to consume just a quarter of the power used by a 1 kW halogen lamp, running cooler while providing what Arri says is "almost the same" light output. It provides 3200K Tungsten-equivalent light. The new lamp is based on the design of the daylight Arri X 5 but incorporates the ballast in the lamp head housing.
