Press Release

IRIDAS, the leader in non-destructive color
grading technologies for the film industry, today announced that a new
edition of SpeedGrade OnSet will be introduced at the HD Expo on November 3.
Along with significant interface enhancements, the Professional Edition of
SpeedGrade OnSet puts the feature set of the cinematographer's application
effectively on par with SpeedGrade DI.

SpeedGrade OnSet (professional edition) will include powerful mask tools,
split-screen modes for A/B comparisons, scrubbing of images, scene-based
shot organization, and much more. The Professional Edition also introduces
support for calibration LUTs and will be offered with the new cineSpace
OnSet application from Rising Sun Research. Cinematographers can now develop
creative looks in a fully calibrated environment.
"With SpeedGrade OnSet, cinematographers finally had an effective solution
for communicating their looks to everyone else in the filmmaking process,"
said Tony Clark, ACS. "The new professional edition puts the cinematographer
on equal footing with the colorist in terms of the tools at his disposal."

"The standard edition of SpeedGrade OnSet confirmed the need for a simple
application for creating and sharing film looks," said Michael Gallo, IRIDAS
VP of product development. "The Professional Edition of SpeedGrade OnSet
takes it to a new level, offering more tools with an even simpler interface.
It's a win for everyone."

SpeedGrade OnSet (professional edition) will be unveiled at 6:30 PM on
November 3, 2005 at a special event during the HD Expo at the Peterson
Automotive Museum in Los Angeles. To register for the HD Expo, visit
