Young Replicant, the working moniker of director Alex Takacs and collaborators (including creative partner and producer Joe Nankin), has been signed by Pulse Films USA for representation in music video, film and advertising. Young Replicant's latest music video, for "Chained" by The XX (above), was made via The Creators Project and debuted earlier this week. "Chained" was shot by D.P. Steve Annis, with Hugh Fairs running the underwater camera, and graded at Glassworks by Ben Rogers. Gary Brown at Munky did VFX. Adam Feinstein

Director Adam Feinstein signed with Picrow for commercial representation. Feinstein was senior producer and directed three episodes of ABC's Final Witness this summer. In addition, he has directed spots for clients including Tide, Head & Shoulders, Lipton, and Subaru, and was DP on director Alex Gibney's documentary The Human Behavior Experiments, produced for Court TV and Sundance Channel.

 
Jason Piccioni joined FuseFX in Los Angeles as a full-time VFX supervisor. Piccioni got into the business working with miniatures and motion-control camera systems at Dream Quest Images, then put in time as a VFX supervisor at Cinesite Hollywood and Warner Bros. Animation. As an independent VFX supe, he worked on Sinister, which opened last Friday, and American Horror Story, season two of which premieres tonight.

Editor Lenny Mesina signed with Therapy Studios in L.A. Mesina's resume includes music videos for Green Day, Adele, Common, and Regina Spektor, installation projects such as IBM's award-winning "THINK" exhibit at Lincoln Center in New York City, and campaigns for Nike, Target, and HP. He was also film editor for the well-regarded music doc Beats, Rhymes & Life: The Travels of a Tribe Called Quest.

 
Anne Le Bouyonnec was named VP of production by Modus FX in Montreal, Québec. She was previously project manager at the Cosmodome space museum in Laval, Quebec,and for the Star Wars Identities exhibit. Before that, she worked on game titles including Assassin's Creed and Splinter Cell in her eight-year tenure at Ubisoft.
