Industry veterans Charles Darby and Tim Werenko have formed 3Beep, a New York company dedicated to dubbing and localization of animation projects.

3Beep says it will do more than translate animation to the English language. It promises to Americanize them, with services including script adaption, VO casting, music and song composition, and sound mixing. "Our focus is on adding the intangibles that can make or break a show," Darby said in a prepared statement.

The company says it has already worked on seven feature film projects and close to 500 television episodes for a client list that includes Netflix, Rainbow, ROI Visual, and Shout Factory.
