Director Daniel Carberry and DP Corey Jennings rolled out no fewer than 15 Blackmagic Design camera systems — everything from Ursa Minis to Pocket Cinema Cameras and a Studio Camera 4K — to shoot this music video for the third single from Pentatonix vocalist Kirstin Maldonado’s Love EP (on which she is billed as simply “Kirstin”). The cameras functioned as props suggesting the media scrutiny that can make a star feel “naked” in the spotlight — but also helped generate some interesting effects as all 15 cameras rolled at the same time, with operators managing multiple cameras at once.
