• File Formats: JPEG or GIF
• Flash Ads accepted: NO
• Animation: Yes**
  • **While we can accept animated files for our e-letters, keep in mind that newer email clients such as MS Outlook 2007/2010 do not render these ads properly. ONLY THE FIRST FRAME OF ANIMATION SHOWS UP IN THESE EMAIL CLIENTS. If animated banner ads are used, we suggest you put a strong marketing message in the first frame of the animated file so these newer MS Outlook users see pertinent messaging from you.
• File Size: The file size must be 40K or less.
• Ad material is due 3 days before scheduled run date
