Prime Image is introducing Time Tailor, an innovative new software to automatically edit video to fit determined time constraints. Well-adapted for the needs of broadcasters and television producers, the fully automated micro-editing technology automatically detects and removes redundant frames. The software’s interface, Fastrack TT, has a graphical timeline that lets users reduce specific segments while leaving other segments unaltered, such as opening lines and theme music. Time Tailor also preserves Closed Captioning text, as well as any pre-formatted commercial black slugs. Time Tailor is available now in digital and HD/SD versions.
