InGear: Petrol No Fairweather Friend for Sony

Post your comments below

The new Petrol PRC-EX1 is designed to offer weather protection specifically for the Sony PMW-EX1 and Sony HVR-Z7. The on piece cover is composed mainly of transparent polyurethane (TPU), for maximum visibility, with waterproof fabric anchored with velcro in the rear to protect the viewfinder. A hot-shoe connection in the front stabilizes the material around the lens. The PRC-EX1 is roomy enough to allow access to all buttons and batteries and can be used while working with a flip-out LCD panel. Available now.
