Autodesk is hosting a series of free product demos across the country
to show off new enhancements and features of its signature visual
effects, editing, and color-grading solutions.
These instructional events will illustrate how users can create
innovative visual effects, move data faster, and streamline pipeline
efficiency.
Featured product demos will include 2007 versions of Autodesk's Smoke,
Flame, Lustre, and Toxik software.
This includes Autodesk Toxik 2007, the newest release of Autodesk's
collaborative compositing software (and the sixth in the last year
alone), and Autodesk Flame 2007, which now offers advances in software
robustness, workflow efficiency, interoperability, and data management.
The new Toxik 2007 release features a new paint tool that makes it easy
to perform common tasks such as scratch and dust cleanup, wire removal,
digital matte painting, image and matte retouching.
Across all the products, the company is promising more than 70 new
features, architectural improvements for better performance, and
support for expanded interoperability and improved data management.
