The Hollywood Post Alliance announced today that the call for entries for the HPA Awards has opened. This year marks the second HPA Awards, which recognizes creative and technical excellence in the art, science and craft of post-production. The HPA Awards Ceremony is scheduled to take place on the evening of November 1, 2007 at the Skirball Cultural Center in Los Angeles.

The HPA Awards invite entries in the following 13 categories:
