Shot Entirely with DALSA 4K and Posted in 4K, “The Trident” and “No” Will Premiere at Wadsworth Theatre
As Part of the 2007 Cinegear Expo – Premiere and Master Class Seminars
WHO:DALSA Digital Cinema and co-host Digital Cinema Society with moderator James Mathers (Digital Cinema Society) and guest panelists Anurag Mehta (Director of “The Trident”), Dave Stump (Cinematographer for “The Trident”), Denis Le Conte (PacTitle), Joe Di Gennaro (Director of “No”), and Frank Roman (Colorist of “The Trident”).
WHAT: As Part of the 2007 Ceinegear Expo – Premiere and Master Class Seminars, DALSA Digital Cinema and the Digital Cinema Society will premiere “The Trident”, shot entirely in 4K and posted in 4K at the Wadsworth Theatre.
The screening will be followed by a discussion with the filmmakers of “The Trident” and “No” about the advantages of working entirely in 4K.
The master class, ADVANCING WORKFLOWS: HOW CINEMATORGRAPHERS CAN MAKE THE LEAP FROM 2K TO 4K, will pan current workflow models and predict their evolution into the world of Ultra High Definition Cinema, using 4K technology and will feature hands on activity along with in-depth discussion of the advantages of 4K.
