Cut+Run/London is excited to announce the addition of noted editor James Rose, who is widely known for cutting some of the biggest music videos in recent history, and for his contribution to compelling spots and documentaries.

James Rose began his career at NWH in 1995, as an Assistant to Nicholas Wayman-Harris and has been editing commercials, music videos and documentaries for the past 8 years.
James is renowned as one of the UK's leading Music Video editors, having cut promos for the biggest names in the business including U2, Coldplay, The Killers, Oasis, Jamiroquai and Bloc Party. He works regularly with many of the industry's most revered directors, Anton Corbijn, Phil Griffin, Huse Montfaradi and Rob Hales, (winner of the 2006 VMA, Best Director of the Year), among others. James edited what is arguably the anthem of 2007, Amy Winehouse's 'Rehab' for Phil Griffin.
His ability to create a compact narrative with music and pictures has gained him much attention in the commercials market, working with such directors as Nick Livesey, Joel Pront, Matt & Tom and Thomas Job. James is equally comfortable editing dialogue led pieces; a skill which is possibly best highlighted in three high profile documentaries for the BBC's Storyville strand, including "Life and Death in Soweto," "Rivonia: The Trail of Nelson Mandela" and "Fashion Victim - The Killing of Gianni Versace. James also edited feature film "The Third Pint" directed by Luciano Podcaminsky and released in 2007.
