Post your comments below

Autodesk today announced new 2009 versions of its Inferno, Flame and Flint visual effects systems, all scheduled to ship later this month. Like Smoke 2009, the new system releases feature support for P2 and QuickTime and include expanded productivity tools, such as the new WiretapCentral clip browser. Users of Inferno, Flame and Flint 2009 will also now have access to new blur, glow and other high quality image distortion tools and will be able to work with high dynamic range files from Maya 3D and Toxik, thanks to enhancements to the OpenEXR format originally developed by ILM.
