Prolific Arts Music Unveils New Flexible Licensing Options in Royalty-Free Music

Dallas, TX - September 1, 2009 - Just a few months after the launch of one of the largest debuts into the royalty free music marketplace, Prolific Arts Music has announced the addition of a new site with multiple licensing options for users of production music.

In May of 2009, Prolific Arts launched three unique catalogs of royalty free music that can be licensed at www.royaltyfreemusiclibary.com. At the site, songs are available on physical CDs, downloadable CDs, or on a song by song basis. While that site remains a leader in the online delivery of stock music, the new site brings a few new licensing innovations to the table. Customers who visit prolificartsmusic.com will find all the same great music Prolific Arts has to offer, but with different buying options.

Foremost among the new options are pre-paid credits. Customers can now purchase any number of credits in advance and use them as their need arises. “We have always offered discounts for customers who license larger packages of music,” said Scott Meath, Chief Operating Officer for Prolific Arts, Inc. “We found that many customers had the money to spend and wanted the value pricing, but simply did not know what music they were going to need 3 or 6 months down the road. By purchasing song credits in advance, they can get the value they are looking for and can come get the music they need, when they need it.” Meath added, “Many production facilities are also finding it easier to load up their account with credits, and then give their editors access to the account, rather than pull out the credit card every time they need a new piece of royalty free music.”

For customers who need the structure of a monthly music budget, the site also offers monthly subscription plans, where they can select a plan and then download a pre-determined number of songs each month. Subscriptions are available for 10 song per month, 25 songs per month, and 50 songs per month. Custom solutions are also available.
