Spotlight on NAB: Edirol V-8 Doubles Inputs

Post your comments below

Roland Systems Group will show several new products at NAB, including its new EDIROL V-8 Eight Channel Video Mixer, introduced in March and aimed at VJs, schools, houses of worship and corporate AV users. With the same primary feature set as the EDIROL V-4 four channel video mixer, the V-8 includes more video and computer inputs (the first seven with BNC connectors) for blending graphics (up to 1600 x 1200) and other presentation software apps that earlier required multiple mixers and scan converters to pull the computer inputs into the video mixer. It also features a set of new effects and control surface cross faders. $1,995. www.edirol.com/v8
