Stantron introduced the Glide and Turn equipment rack for use in professional and consumer environments at this year’s InfoComm Expo in June. The Stantron Glide and Turn rack features all-steel construction and is designed to fit into a wall as part of the architectural design, or inside a closet, although it can be positioned virtually anywhere. The upper part of the rack slides out in a cantilevered manner and can be rotated to reach the back of the rack, where the bulk of the cabling and connections resides. Available in sizes from 10RU to 30RU, the Glide and Turn rack is available at different price points depending on the requested weight load capacity. All Glide and Turn racks can accommodate 19-inch rack-mountable equipment and can accommodate all of Stantron’s standard 19-inch rack-mount shelves, accessories and filler panels.
