Reduce Compression Noise in HD Clips

A quick way to clean up compressed stock footage in Media Composer

In this video tutorial, Kevin P. McAuliffe, a senior editor at MIJO in Toronto, shows you how to clean up the noise that comes from downloading and importing already compressed video clips from stock video sources online. MacAuliffe uses Avid Media Composer and Boris Continuum Complete's Noise Reduction filter to get the job done.
