Boris has updated to version 7 the company's Final Effects Complete plug-in suite for both After Effects and Avid users on Mac and Windows. The 32-bit float package, which goes far beyond the basic Cycore suite included with After Effects, lets users create cross-platform presets and combines some 120 auto-animating transitions, filters, 3D particle effects and several brand new blurs and dissolves.

Final Effects Complete 7 AE works with Mac and Windows versions of Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro CS6, CS5.x, and CS4. Premiere Pro users get Beat Reactor integration for creating audio-driven effects and new filters like Water Waves Dissolve and Spiral Blur and AE users get integrated After Effects mask path controls.

Final Effects Complete 7 AVX supports Avid Media Composer 6.x, Symphony 6.x, and NewsCutter 10.x and includes more than 120 distortion, utility, and perspective filters, edge controls and stylized looks like Glass, Kaleida and 3D Relief. The Beat Reactor, PixelChooser and cross-platform presets found in Avid versions of Boris Continuum Complete have been ported over to this new version of FEC 7 AVX.

Final Effects Complete 7 AE lists for $895. Boris is also offering an Upgrade/Crossgrade for Final Effects Complete 6 and Boris Continuum Complete users for $295.
