SonicPool, one of Hollywood’s leading post facilities, specializing in audio and video finishing, media duplication, online video and color correct services, offline and online edit suite rentals, and full post-production services, has announced that Jason Yanuzzi has joined the company as an Online Editor. The announcement was made by John Frost and Patrick Bird, co-founders/Supervising Sound Mixers, SonicPool.
In his new post, Yanuzzi will be responsible for Online Editing, Color Correction, and Edit Bay tech support on behalf of SonicPool and its various clients.

Since joining SonicPool, Jason Yanuzzi has recently Onlined two feature length independent films, "On The Doll" and "Isolated.”

From 2003-2004, Yanuzzi was a Video Editor with CNBC TV. There, he edited a variety of television programs, including “Early Today,” “The Wall Street Journal Report,” “Topic A with Tina Brown,” and “Closing Bell.” He was also responsible for color correction, video levels and editing various segments, reporter packages, and teases from raw footage.

Earlier, Yanuzzi was a Multimedia Technician with Ortho, working directly with clients to oversee multimedia presentations including web casting and video conferencing. From 1999-2000, he was also a Multimedia Technicial with Bristol Myers Squibb Company, responsible for all audiovisual needs at that company’s New Brunswick, NJ, headquarters. Other posts Yanuzzi has held include producing promotional videos for the Epilepsy Foundation of New Jersey, serving as Director of Photography for the independent film “Changing Faces” (which played at the New York Independent Film and Video Festival,) and as a camerman with Catfish Entertainment.

Yanuzzi holds a B.A. Degree in Communications from Seton Hall University.
