Christie shines a bright light on compact projectors.

Christie is now offering a new high-definition projector that outputs 5000 ANSI lumens.
Joining the popular Christie LX380 and LX450 family of projectors, the new LX500 is ideal for screening rooms and theaters. The offers a single, front-access filter, easy rear lamp accessibility, and tool-less access to the lens for easy removal and replacement. Its professional audio-video connectors include analog 5xBNC and digital DVI-D inputs for HDTV standards up to 1080 lines.

Christie now offers the LX500 in a “body-only” format, meaning the projector ships without a standard lens, allowing integrators to choose one of five lenses best suited for an installation.

The Christie LX500 delivers eight-bit video processing, XGA resolution and 2000 hours of standard lamp life (up to 3000 hours in “eco” mode). Long lamp life together with the projector’s airflow design and clogged-filter detection system also means minimal maintenance.
