Umlaut is pleased to welcome Inome Callahan to its editorial team. Callahan joins Umlaut's existing roster, which includes Doug Brown, Jessica Congdon, Peter Johnson and Jean Kawahara.
Most recently, Callahan was an editor at Radium where she recently completed a campaign for Adobe, and co-edited a documentary on human trafficking, which will tour with Amnesty International and screen at SXSW. Her teaser trailer for “Concert to End Slavery” recently screened in front of the United Nations in Vienna.

A native Californian, Callahan embarked upon her commercial editorial career at the young age of 19 at one of Los Angeles’ premiere postproduction companies, POP Television. She later went to Mad River Post LA as an assistant editor, and was then promoted to full-time editor in the San Francisco office. Her credits include commercial campaigns for Microsoft, Scion, Career Builder and Adidas, to name a few.

Callahan has collaborated with advertising agencies such as TBWAChiatDay, Goodby, Silverstein & Partners, McCann-Erickson, DDB Worldwide, and Attik, and such directors as Tony Kaye and Andrew Douglas.

Callahan also volunteers with Habitat for Humanity, the SF Food Bank and At the Crossroads – a Homeless advocacy Organization. She enjoys playing kickball, swing dancing and is an avid backpacker and snow boarder.
