Free tilt-shift effect for FCP available until Wednesday

The folks over at CrumplePop are giving away their new tilt-shift effect called ShrinkRay (for Final Cut Pro) until Â sometime around Wednesday. It’s been available as a free download for about 4 days now as they are giving it away for one week. Tilt-shiftÂ miniatureÂ looks have been all the rage for a while now and while you’ve always been able to fake them with filters and motion graphic applications ShrinkRay lets you easily generate the effect from within Final Cut Pro. The effect uses a template that you drag your clip into and it also allows you to adjust blur and customize the effect.
