MusicBox, a supplier of production music to top films and television shows like Lost, recently launched an iPhone app that lets users listen to excerpts of cleared songs anywhere they are-in between client meetings, on the way to lunch or far from the edit suite.

MusicBoxMobile App Is a Flexible Production Music Source

The company's entire production music catalog is now available to screen on iPhone, iPad or iPad Touch

The MusicBoxMobile app includes more than 10,000 tracks and lets users search by genre, mood, tempo or instrumentation. The app links back to the user’s account at www.musicboxmx.com, where full tracks can be purchased and downloaded. The app, currently in version 1.2, is compatible with iPhone, iPod touch, and iPad and requires iOS 3.0 or later.
