Entire Singular Software Engineering Team to Partner with Red Giant; All Sales and Support to Move to RedGiant.com in Q3

Red Giant announced today the acquisition of all Singular Software products and their related technology and intellectual property, including the PluralEyes, DualEyes, CloudEyes and Presto plug-ins. The news comes as Singular Software is in the final development stages of PluralEyes 3.0, the latest version of its automated audio and video syncing add-on to Final Cut Pro, Media Composer, Adobe Premiere Pro, Vegas Pro and Edius. That development is expected to continue "full-steam" without interruption and PluralEyes 3.0 for Mac is scheduled for release this summer. As of today, however, all Singular Software products are now part of the Red Giant portfolio.

Similar to the partnership with Trapcode's founder and developer Peder Norrby in which Red Giant handles sales, tech support and collaborates with Norrby  to develop Trapcode products, the Red Giant partnership with Singular Software will bring the entire Singular engineering team into the process unaltered.

How the new products will be packaged and branded, however, will be up to Red Giant. The company says that product family branding, whether bundled with existing Red Giant products or marketed separately, will be announced with the release of PluralEyes 3.0. Singular Software products will also be sold at the original site until this fall, when all sales and support will move to Red Giant.
