Announces Expanded Executive Leadership Team

Ubiquity Broadcasting Corporation announced today a significant expansion of its creative capabilities with a 30,000 square foot digital cinema and 3D production facility including three state of the art sound stages.
Ubiquity also announced today an expansion of its leadership team with the addition of Erik Smith and Benjamin Feinman. This powerhouse executive line-up draws on experience gained in leadership roles at industry giants such as Apple, MobiTV, Sun Microsystems and Netscape.

Smith and Feinman will be joining Ubiquity’s all star leadership team which includes Chairman, CEO and Founder Chris Carmichael and VP of Intellectual Property and Co-Founder Connie Jordan.

Erik Smith join’s Ubiquity as Senior Vice President of Strategic Alliances and Business Development and is responsible for developing strategic relationships with technology and content partners.

Mr. Smith has held similar senior management positions with MobiTV, Liberate Technologies and Sun Microsystems and in connection with his prior experience had participated in several IPO’s and acquisitions.

Benjamin Feinman joins as Senior Vice President of Marketing and Product Development and is responsible for leading the development and execution of the company’s marketing, product strategy, and product development.

Mr. Feinman, also a graduate of MobiTV comes from Apple, Netscape and NBC where he has successfully led a range of initiatives including mobile video and applications and primetime programming enhancement.
