Your work rocks! I want to do that when I grow up. Battlestar has always been a favorite (although I'm not a groupy) and even more so now. I've dabbled in the art, but have a long, long way to go to even stand in the same room as your experts.

No, NO... NO!!!!!!!
It imparts a sense of "what the hell is wrong with post production?!". It doesn't impart anything, other than "why can't I actually see the cool special effects", and "Why is the camera jumping all over the place, I want to see the actors!".
Worse, the larger the TV, the more horrible this "effect" is.. if you want to call it an effect. It's as if, with 70s style back, the coke-addicted moronic style of 70s shooting came back.
Good grief, USE A JIGGLE CAM TO GET RID OF THE JIGGLE.
I know dozens, literally DOZENS of people that won't watch Lost in widescreen (more jiggle there), and won't watch BSG because of this jiggle.
I've walked out of movies and demanded my money back when this happens.
