Behind every great work is a collection of brilliant people. Get recognized as a Screen Genius.

We are currently in search of top people in the pre- and post-production industry: the talent, the innovators and passionate professionals who day in, day out are making outstanding creative achievements in production and post across the small and large screen. The extended entry deadline is Wednesday, December 30, 2009 (postmarked).

The program is open to all individual production and post creatives behind short and long-form programming in entertainment and B2B. Additionally, PR, marketing and publicity firms and other show partners are eligible to enter on behalf of a client. It will take you less a half hour to enter!

Are you a master of visual effects? The workflow MacGyver on every set? A seasoned storyteller whose time has come? Do you “pull a Nero” on a regular basis? Know of one who does? Nominate him or her today.

Nominees compete against their peers within the genres they are best at, from feature and documentary film, to television, games, industrial and the Web. A special “Best Solo Shooter” category recognizes small facility owner/operators who produce a range of projects and shoot, edit, direct and produce them independently or with a skeleton team.

The winners of this program set the benchmark and underscore the outstanding personal achievements made in the past year. Nominate your colleagues, or self-nominate; either way, we want to meet the best people in production and post across the small and large screen and introduce them to the hundreds of thousands of StudioDaily.com readers and their key technology supporters.

The winners of Studio’s Screen Genius Awards will receive an award trophy and be honored at an awards breakfast in March 2010 at the Grand Hyatt in New York. They will also be profiled in a special awards section of both StudioDaily.com and our sister site, CableFAX.com.
